Return & Exchange

We hope you love your purchase from Pinshoesoutfits, but we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. We're committed to making this process as easy and hassle-free as possible.

Easy Exchanges:
If you need a different size, color or pattern, we offer hassle-free exchanges as long as the item is in stock. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns and exchanges

Fast Refund:
If you'd like to return an item, simply send it back to our return center in its original packaging with the original label attached. We'll issue a refund to your original payment method within a week of receiving the item.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:
Most purchases (excluding swimwear, lingerie, and final sale items) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that evening and wedding dresses are made-to-order products and can only be returned if there is an obvious quality problem within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply submit a request through your order page and follow the instructions provided. Please contact us in advance and we'll provide you with the address to return the item. Do not send the item back to the address on the package, as no refund will be issued.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all original labels attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Please note that we do not accept any requests for return or exchange on "specials" items.

Purchase Not Eligible for Return:
Final sale items, swimwear, and lingerie are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where they are defective, damaged or the wrong item was sent. If you need to return swimwear or lingerie, please email us a picture showing the problem or defect after submitting the return/exchange request online.

Order Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee will be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot accept order cancellation requests once the order has been shipped. If you have any questions about returns, exchanges or cancellations, please don't hesitate to contact us.
